We’re excited to have you join the MINE MATE family, and we’ll do everything we can to make sure your minimalist carry experience is top-notch. So, let’s get to the details!

Wallets:

We promise that your MINE MATE Wallet is free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the life of the product. And if anything does go wrong, our Lifetime Warranty covers Replacement Parts for Elastic, Screws, Inner Plates, and/or Money Clip.

Please keep in mind, the Lifetime Warranty doesn’t cover lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets; scratches, dents, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Other Products:

All of our non-wallet products are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, too! We promise they’re free from manufacturing defects and will function as intended for the lifespan of the product. However, please note that the Warranty doesn’t cover cosmetic damage, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How To Make a Claim:

To submit a Warranty Claim, it’s as easy as submitting a request through the form below. We’ll be happy to assist you right away!

Warranty for gifted items:

Gifts are also covered under our Warranty Policy. Submit the claim through the same form above and provide the full name of the gifter in the order number field of the Warranty Claim and be sure to attached a photo to validate the claim.

We reserve the right to deny any Warranty Claim if we believe the claim to be fraudulent. This Warranty does not include service to items in the claim

Warranty FAQ:

What is not covered under warranty?

For our Wallets, scratches, dents, chips and/or scrapes on the Outer Plates; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs are not covered under Warranty. For all other Products, the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage which does not effect the functionality of the product, damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock; improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs.

What does the “Lifetime of the Product” mean?

The Lifetime of your MINE MATE Wallet references the lifetime of the functionality. If the wallet is stored in a secure spot and serviced with replacement pieces covered under warranty when needed, we expect each of our wallets to have no issue lasting for years!

Do I need to register an item to activate the Warranty?

No registration is needed to activate the Lifetime Warranty, however, we do recommend keeping your order information for your records to help speed up the processing of your claim.

How long does the Warranty Claim process take?

Warranty Claims are approved or denied within 2 business days. This can be affected during busier seasons or if we need more information to process the claim.

How do I file a Warranty Claim for a gift?

If your order was a gift and you do not have the order number please put the full name of the person that gifted the item in the order number field. Your wallet will still be covered under Warranty and we can verify your item with a photo!
